Script ID arrived at Viloro after a failed launch attempt. The app could demo well in slides, but real users hit crashes, incomplete prescription flows, and screens that did not meet healthcare expectations for clarity or trust.
Script ID was not production-ready. The client needed Viloro to stabilize the app, rebuild broken flows, and ship a healthcare experience patients could trust — without another failed launch.
We audited the codebase, prioritized crash reports, and mapped every broken flow against patient-critical jobs like booking, refills, and record access.
Appointment, prescription, and records journeys were redesigned for clarity and rebuilt with resilient API handling and proper empty states.
We tightened data presentation, improved form accessibility, and aligned privacy patterns so the app felt credible in a regulated category.
Phased QA, device testing, and soft launch support got Script ID live with monitoring in place — zero critical crashes in the first release cycle.
Script ID went from broken demo to live product. Viloro delivered stable core flows, a clearer patient experience, and a foundation the team can extend without fear of another launch-day failure.
