The Dashboard product came to Viloro after an acquisition-style handoff: inherited code, inconsistent UI, and reporting views so cluttered that customers stopped logging in. The team needed it live and credible for enterprise demos.
The dashboard was technically “live” but practically broken — slow, confusing, and risky to change. Viloro had to stabilize the foundation and redesign reporting so customers could act on data again.
We catalogued fragile modules, consolidated chart implementations, and established a safe refactor plan that did not require throwing away customer data integrations.
Reporting views were rebuilt around decision-ready summaries — KPI cards, trend charts, and drill-downs with clear hierarchy instead of metric overload.
Query optimization, caching, and export fixes made large datasets usable again. Error boundaries kept partial failures from blanking entire dashboards.
Role-based views, responsive layouts, and demo-ready executive summaries shipped in a controlled relaunch with customer success enablement.
Dashboard went from inherited mess to a credible SaaS analytics product. Viloro cut reporting time, restored customer confidence, and left the team with a maintainable codebase and UI they can demo live.
